MindLoop and the EU Digital Services Act

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

This page gives the contact points and the notice route that the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) requires for MindLoop, including the MindLoop Feed, where adults share affirmations and comments in public. The Feed is part of MindLoop for iPhone version 1.1.0 and later. MindLoop is operated by Nickie Archua, an individual (sole trader) trading as "CachePile", based in the Philippines.

Contact point for authorities (Article 11)

Authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at mindloop@cachepile.io. Please write in English.

Contact point for users (Article 12)

Anyone can contact us at mindloop@cachepile.io, with or without a MindLoop account. A person reads and answers every message; we do not rely only on automated tools. Please write in English.

Legal representative in the EU (Article 13)

We will publish the name, postal address, email address and telephone number of our legal representative in the European Union here once they are appointed. Until then, please contact us at mindloop@cachepile.io.

Report illegal content (Article 16)

You can tell us about content on the Feed that you believe is illegal, even if you do not have an account. In the app, use Report from the three-dot menu beside a post, comment or author. Or email mindloop@cachepile.io with "EU illegal content notice" in the subject, and include:

  1. Why you believe the content is illegal, explained clearly enough for us to see why, and which law you think it breaks if you know.
  2. Where it is: the author's handle, the words of the post or comment, and roughly when you saw it.
  3. Your name and email address. You do not need to give these if your notice concerns child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material or grooming a child for sexual purposes.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and claims in your notice are accurate and complete.

We confirm that we received your email. A person reviews every notice. We tell you what we decided, whether we used automated tools to process or decide on it, and how you can challenge the decision.

Do not send us a copy of a sexual image of a child.

Decisions about your content or account (Article 17)

If we remove or restrict your content or account, we tell you what we did and why: whether it followed a report, our automatic check or our own review, and which rule in our Terms of Service and EULA it concerns. If you disagree, you can ask us to look again (see section 13.10 of the Terms), and you can also take the matter to a court in your country.

Removal orders

Authorities can send orders to act against illegal content, including removal orders under the EU regulation on terrorist content online (Regulation (EU) 2021/784), to mindloop@cachepile.io.
